Minimum order for any instrument is for 300 copies. $75,000 fine for unauthorized use of each of the following instruments.
An organizational member responds to each statement on a 5–point Likert (box) scale (5 = Strongly Agree . . . 1 = Strongly Disagree) to indicate the likelihood of leaving their present job for another one. A higher score represents greater intention to leave one’s job. The TI is brief which can be administered in 2 minutes. A sample item of the instrument is:
